Halal at Market Place launch today in London Peckham

A new indoor food market has launched in south London’s Peckham today with a number of exciting Halal outlets.

Market Place Peckham is a 250 capacity venue that opened at 11.30am this morning in The Aylesham Centre of Rye Lane with five indoor seating zones.

The good news is that there’s a number of Halal food stalls too which includes award-winning burgers, Mexican, and some delicious doughnuts.

While Baba G’s is an established brand that serves fully Halal burgers, Los Tacos is serving Halal Mexican tacos topped with homemade salsas, as well as beef and chicken quesadillas, and burritos.

There’s even the option of a fully Halal Japanese hot food vendor called Little Tokyo who’ve told FtLion: “All our foods are Halal. Non-alcohol products.”

Suya & Lobster, who were founded in 2015 and serve seafood with a mix of traditional Nigerian dishes, have said: “All our food is Halal.”

For desserts, it has to be Dum Dum Doughnuts who have told FtLion in the past “that all our products are suitable for vegetarians and those who require Halal”.
