Another Biryani Waala? New version opens in Birmingham

There is plenty of ‘walas’ about, from the famous Chaiiwala and its many variations to Hyderbad Wala and Pilau Wala.

With the term ‘wala’ denoting someone specialising in a particular trade, Biryani Waala has launched in Birmingham’s Sparkbrook area.

And this should not to be confused with Biryaniwala also in Birmingham on Washwood Heath Road, or Biryani Wala in Leicester.

This particular fully Halal Biryani Waala has another branch in Tooting, and brings its ‘authentic Karachi biryani’ to the busy Ladypool Road.
