Safire Restaurant & Grill Offers Manchester a Huge Menu

Manchester will be preparing for the grand opening of a multi-cuisine restaurant today that offers over 100 dishes.

Located on Upper Brook Street and opposite St Mary’s Hospital, the doors to Safire Restaurant & Grill are scheduled to open later this evening at 5pm with a 10% discount.

Aside from the grills and burgers, the restaurant boasts an extensive and varied menu with cuisines ranging from the Middle East, South Asia and the Far East.

While Starters mainly comprise of chicken, platters and lamb dishes, there is the option of Arabic Starters that include Hummus, Moutabel/ Baba Ganoush, and Kibbeh, along with Vegetable and even Seafood Starters.

The eatery’s Main Dishes are extensive with a number of Traditional (Indian) Dishes, such as, Paya, Nihari, and Haleem, as well as Indian Meat, Biryani, and Vegetable dishes that include:

  • Lamb Karahi, Lamb Handi, Lamb Tikka Masala, Lamb Chops Handi, or Lamb Saag (spinach).
  • Chicken or Lamb Biryani
  • Daal Makhani or Daal Tarka
  • Paneer Masala

Safire’s Grill, Steaks & Burgers menu claims to offer ‘Gourmet’ beef and chicken burgers also.

Apart from rib eye and rump “tender steaks [being] char-grilled & seasoned”, which also includes their most expensive Beef Fillet cut for £19.95, there’s a Grilled Chilli-Garlic Seabass Fillet too.

That’s not all, for there are even Continental Dishes defined under “Global Tastes” which offer:

  • Mushroom or Chicken Penne Pasta
  • King Prawn Linguine
  • Lasagne
  • King Prawn or Chicken Thai Green Curry
  • Egg Fried Rice
  • Noodles

Safire Restaurant has free limited parking onsite. There is ample parking spaces around side streets that are free after 6pm, while an NHS car park, situated opposite the building, charges £2.50 for upto 3 hours parking.
