Meli Melo opens bistro in London Walthamstow

One of the UK’s most talented Muslim chefs has opened his second restaurant in London.

Chef Florent Fabulas has launched his second Meli Melo to go with his first in east London.

Located on the busy stretch of Hoe Street in Walthamstow, this bistro cafe offers a modern setting with  fully Halal menu.

Arguably one of the most underrated Muslim chefs in the country, his food will know doubt match the quality at his first restaurant in Whitechapel and rated 4.5/5 last year.

With his Beef Shortrib having won #FtLionAwards 2025’s ‘Best Mains’, expect brunch items, speciality coffee, patisserie, and roasts, among other things.
