Brim introduces its burgers to Scotland with Edinburgh debut

Brim has taken the big step of opening its very first branch in Scotland this week.
The international burger brand has launched in Edinburgh’s Nicolson Street making this their seventh site in this country.
With another two in Pakistan, they offer a fully Halal menu that specialises in smashed burgers with a build-your-own option.
Their bespoke burgers comprise of BBQ Rasher, The Chicken Run, Sweet Chilli Tim, Fiery Brimstone and the Hawaiian Heaven.
Having been launched in 2021 by brothers Amad and Jawad Hassan, Brim has sites in Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Chesham, Aylesbury, Watford, and Westfield Stratford.
