Fresh off the back of his triumph at this year’s National Burger Awards, the owner of Bun & Sum is now preparing to launch another site in London.
After Farbez Uddin was named ‘Best Chef’ for his ‘George Motz Oklahoma Smash’ burger only last week, he will be opening the doors to his latest store in Hackney.
Located on Graham Road, his viral restaurant brand, which is known for serving LA-style smash burgers, smokes its own meats such as pastrami and beef ribs.
While their first is situated in east London’s Eleanor Street’s Bow Triangle Business Centre, they are also eyeing a third branch in London’s Camden Market.
