Chopstix makes Kent debut with restaurant in Canterbury

Chopstix has launched its very first noodle bar in the county of Kent with the launch of a site in Canterbury.

Located in St George’s Street, this will be the pan-Asian franchise’s 82nd site having first started in London’s Camden Market precisely 20 years ago.

Chopstix Operations Director, Darren Traynor, said: “We’re on a real roll with new openings and it’s great to be building such momentum around the brand.

“As well as investing in expansion, we’ve also invested heavily in our training and development offering, because we know how difficult it can be to recruit and retain people in our sector.”

Claiming to be “the fastest servers on the high street”, their menu is a simple 5-step ordering process that involves choosing a box size, a base, toppings, a side, and a drink.
