Dawat announce first site outside London to be in Luton

Pakistani restaurant Dawat has made the big announcement that their next restaurant will be outside London.
This time it is a large double-fronted site in Luton’s New Bedford Road having taken over from Istanbul Grill.
Although an opening date has not yet been announced, a complete fit out appears to be currently underway.
With this being their seventh store, Dawat revealed on Instagram: “Luton, get ready. A brand new chapter is about to begin as Dawat brings its signature taste, rich tradition, and unforgettable dining experience to your city. From London to Luton.”
Dawat first started as a small restaurant in Tooting under the name Laziza in 2010 before moving to a bigger location along with a rebrand to Dawat in 2011.
Not only does Dawat have a branch overseas in Pakistan, but also branches in Norbury, Mitcham, Paddington, and Chiswick.
