Hot Birdies launching in west London’s Southall tomorrow

A burger brand that specialises in Nashville hot chicken will be opening its second London restaurant tomorrow.
Located on the busy road of Southall, Hot Birdies will be launching at 5.30pm on The Broadway with seating available indoors.
Before that though, they have a ‘Beat the Heat’ challenge for over 18’s only, which starts at 5pm, with a £500 prize.
Their Nashville chicken is said to be “marinaded overnight in a buttermilk solution”, then “double breaded in our Nashville Hot Breading and fried”, before being “dipped in our Nashville Hot Oil”.
Customers can then have the chicken “coated in one of our powders which comes in 6 different heat levels of choosing”.
With their first site in east London, Hot Birdies’ fully Halal menu has four Nashville chicken burgers, tenders and wings, loaded fries, and more.
