Asian fusion cafe Mowchi opens in Canterbury

A new aesthetic cafe that combines the flavours of Asia grand opened in Canterbury last week.

After a £300 giveaway, 100 free drinks, and a collaboration with Little Moons, Mowchi launched on the High Street.

With a fully Halal menu, they serve sandos, bao buns, rice bowls like katsu curry, and a variety of hot and cold coffees, signature brews, Spanish latters, matchas, and plenty of bubble tea.

“From the moment we opened, the atmosphere was buzzing – the queue wrapped around the street, the energy was electric, and the support from the community was truly heartwarming,” Mowchi said on Instagram.

This is the fusion cafe’s fifth store with their other sites in London’s Mile End and East Ham, as well as in Bradford and the Lakeside.
