Takul Halal range now available at 260 Tesco stores

A new range of fully Halal, ready to eat meals and convenient on the go snacks are now available in selected Tesco stores across the country.

Takul, meaning ‘eat’ in Arabic, have secured a deal to have seven of their “high quality but affordable range of convenient” products stocked at 260 outlets.

While their ready meals include chilli con carne with rice, beef loaded potato wedges, and chicken enchiladas, their snacks range comprise of a trio of samosas as well as chicken spring rolls.

“With research finding that 80% of British Muslims wish that there was more choice available to them, Takul is about making life easier and tastier, with the peace of mind that everything we create is 100% Halal,” said brand owner William Walter.
