Established chicken brand Wingers opens in Lincoln

A Halal restaurant brand that specialises in buttermilk fried chicken has opened a site in the East Midlands.
Wingers has launched in Lincoln’s Birchwood Shopping Centre on Jasmin Road making this its 27th site in the UK.
Having confirmed with FtLion that “yes, the chicken across all of our stores is Halal”, the brand is a family run fast-food franchise.
Wingers’ buttermilk chicken recipe was developed by Amran Sunner and his brother Dylan and dad Bill when it first opened as a dark kitchen in Staffordshire’s Lichfield.
The business now has branches dotted across the country including Rotherham, Trowbridge, Leighton, Buzzard, Aldridge, Andover, Birmingham, and more.
