A popular international Pakistani restaurant brand has launched its second branch in the UK this week.
Tahir Khan Restaurant (TKR) opened a huge site on the corner of Bunswick Road and Ladypool Road in Birmingham.
What is more, the owner of the brand Tahir Khan also flew in for the ribbon-cutting event on Friday, with the eatery promising authentic Pakistani flavors.
With sites in Pakistan’s Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Bhurban, and Swat Motorway, TKR also boasts a branch in Riyadh, with its first UK site being in Bradford.
The restaurant in Birmingham is a double-storey venue with plenty to consider from the menu, including TKR’s famous Dumpukht – a dish that utilises a cooking technique from the region involving slow-cooking in a dough-sealed pot.
