Chaii Stop that reward politeness to make Blackburn debut
HALAL STATUS Fully HalalAn Indian cafe that has been featured in the news for rewarding polite customers has announced its Blackburn debut.
While an opening date has not yet been announced, Chaii Stop will be opening its new site on the corner of Whalley Range and Wesley Street “soon”.
The cafe brand has appeared on BBC News, The Sun, Mirror, and Asian Network radio for their novel discount offer.
When putting in an order, customers can earn a bigger discount the more polite they are, with the phrase “Desi Chai, please” cutting the price from £5 to £3, but “Hello, Desi Chai please” dropping it right down to £1.90.
With their first cafe in Preston, and a collaboration with the University of Lancashire Students’ Union cafe, Chaii Stop offer a fully Halal menu of all-day breakfasts, brewed drinks, doughnuts, street food, parathas, desserts and more.
