Brim will be celebrating the launch of a site in Essex’s Colchester today with 50% off their burger menu.
Located on the High Street, this burger brand will be opening the doors to its 20-cover eatery at noon.
Specialising in smashed burgers, Brim offers a menu which, in addition to a build-your-own option, includes its signature, BBQ Rasher, Hawaiian Heaven, The Chicken Run, Sweet Chilli Tim, The Meltdown, Smashed Shrooms, and the Fiery Brimstone.
Brothers Amad and Jawad Hassan have come a long way since launching the business in 2021, with sites in Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Westfield Stratford, Chesham, Aylesbury, Watford, and even one in Pakistan’s Lahore.
