Burgo Town in London donate 100% iftar profits this weekend
Burgo Town in east London will be donating 100% of its profits made not just today but also the rest of the weekend to help the needy in the Balkans.
Teaming up with charity organisation Rahma Mercy, the burger restaurant on Manor Park will be opening at 5.30pm before closing at 11pm.
That’s five and a half hours to eat for charity and help raise money for a group that’s been helping mainly people in the Balkans since 1999.
According to Rahma Mercy’s website: “We are currently providing aid and support to 5 different countries in the Balkans; Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia.”
Orders for iftar can be put in by phone (07415 509497), through Burgo Town’s website, or you can simply visit them at 951 Romford Road (E12 5JR).
