Dahab launching today as Northampton’s first steakhouse

A new steakhouse called Dahab will be opening on the busy stretch of Northampton’s Wellingborough Road today.
The 60-cover restaurant will be the city’s first fully Halal steakhouse with a drinks bar that serves entirely non-alcoholic beverages.
Established by three friends – Salek Ahmed, Juhel Shahid and Abdul Samad – Salek has reportedly said: “Dahab is a family-friendly environment where people can come and enjoy a good meal, and they don’t have to travel so far for it.”
With doors opening at 5pm today, the menu will feature steaks, burgers, wings, chops, ribs, and seafood, at “at a reasonable price, so it’s affordable for everyone”, Salek added.
