‘Eat for charity’ at Grillzbase in London Whitechapel Saturday
Fully Halal Grillzbase in east London will be donating all profits it makes this Saturday 5 August to help build vital homes needed in war-torn Syria.
Working with global charity organisation Islamic Relief, all proceeds made as part of the ‘Eat for Charity’ campaign will be used to “rebuild homes in Syria”.
Located on Mile End Road in east London, doors will open at midday before closing at 11am with plenty of grilled food to enjoy.
According to the charity’s website: “Across the country, a staggering 11.1 million people are in need of humanitarian aid.
“With 6 million people forced from their homes within Syria and millions more seeking refuge in neighbouring nations, families have limited access to food, water and healthcare.”
Grillzbase offer a wide range of items such as kebabs, grills that include steaks, chicken, lamb chops, and ribs, as well as burgers and platters.
