Maki & Ramen launch second Manchester site today

Their latest branch has opened in the Northern Quarter at The Landmark on the High Street, and offer “authentic ramen and fresh sushi”.
Although alcohol and pork is part of their menu, not only do they offer a dedicated Halal menu, but also have procedures in place for its preparation.
According to their website, Maki & Ramen have “made it our mission to create a welcoming space where our Muslim guests can indulge in authentic Japanese flavours with complete peace of mind”.
Not only is their “chicken and beef [] sourced exclusively from reputable Halal-certified suppliers”, but they also have a “dedicated preparation areas” for their Halal dishes.
“Our kitchen staff receive specialised training to prepare Halal dishes separately from non-Halal items, preventing cross-contamination and maintaining the integrity of your meal.”
