A Taiwanese street food brand that serves Halal chicken as an option is opening its second site today.
Located in east London’s Westfield Stratford shopping centre, Master Bao will be celebrating its soft launch today by giving away 600 free baos until 26th May.
What is more, it has informed FtLion: “Our chicken dishes are Halal,” but further confirmed: “Yes, the chicken is prepped separately and cooked separately – we have 4 fryers [with] one is dedicated to chicken [sic].”
With the food vendor opening from 11am tomorrow, they known for their bao, bowls, dumplings and Taiwanese-inspired street food.
In addition, not only will they be introducing “a new and exclusive hot chicken bao”, but they also have a “noodle room so we can make our signature fat and chewy udon noodles fresh, every single day”.
