Mowchi arrives in Lakeside shopping centre

Bubble tea concept Mowchi has opened a store in the famous Lakeside shopping centre in Essex.

Located on level 3 of the centre’s food court (unit 429), this is the brands third site with the other two being in Birmingham and Bradford.

But this bubble tea shop isn’t just known for its range of flavours in this regard, but also for a menu that includes bao buns, coffee and more.

According to their website: “We source our tea leaves from trusted suppliers, ensuring that each cup is brewed to perfection. Our chewy tapioca pearls, known as ‘boba’ are the stars of the show.”

From their range of bao buns, there’s teriyaki chicken, katsu kapow with fried chicken in a spicy katsu sauce, and poppin’ potato in schezwan sauce with spinach, chilli jam, fried onions and japanese mayo.
