Phat Boys smashes out burgers from Cardiff container kitchen

Although a new smashed burger business may not be anything novel to the UK’s Halal burger sector, this one is at least trying to stand out from the crowd.
Phat Boys in Cardiff have launched out of a container kitchen on City Road where they will also be offering a drive-thru service.
With on-site parking available after 7pm, the menu appears to be a simple one with, aside from the obvious, also includes loaded fries and mojitos.
Although Phat Boys will be closed on Tuesdays, the new brand will be open from Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm until midnight.
