Rio’s Piri Piri brings the ‘Riolution’ to Southall today

A “Riolution” has come to west London today with the opening of Rio’s Piri Piri on The Broadway in Southall.

And with this being the chicken franchise’s 19th branch, there may just be something to their claim of “expanding rapidly across the UK, Europe, US and beyond”.

Currently, they have a BOGOF (Buy One, Get One Free) offer where the following: Rio’s Grande, Rio’s Pitta, Rio’s Wrapster, Rio’s Grillets, Rio’s Original Wings or the Rio’s Original Quarter, can be doubled-up for free.

Launching at noon, it’s all about the chicken here with burgers and wraps and fried platters and pittas and ciabattas and rice and salad, while not forgetting the grilled variety.

Their Rio’s Frango range Double Portuguese Chicken Breast certainly looks the part coming as it does in a kaiser bun with jalapenos, salsa, red onions and cheese.

Otherwise, there’s the new Rio’s Mighty Kofta pitta wrap or, if you’re feeling beef, their “handmade hunger-busting” Rio Macho with two patties.

With delivery available via Deliveroo and Just Eat, Rio’s Piri Piri have plans of opening in Portsmouth, Oldbury, Wolverhampton, and Stourbridge.
