A new “authentic Kurdish & Persian” grill is preparing to launch later today in Cambridge with a stylish interior.
Ranya Grill will be opening its doors to a sizeable restaurant at 4pm on Chesterton Road with 20% off the entire menu until tomorrow.
Promising “mixed grills, fresh dolma, [and] bold spices — made with love”, this eatery also appears to have a trio of private rooms available.
Co-owner Peshro Aziz was quoted by a local news site as saying: “I’ve been living in Cambridge for over 23 years now and I know how important dining is in Cambridge.
“I always thought there was a gap for good traditional Kurdish food. Our food is very diverse because Kurdish people are divided across a few countries such as Turkey, Iraq, Iran, and Syria. So the food is very diverse.”
