American brand Dave’s Hot Chicken debuts in Manchester

US chicken brand Dave’s Hot Chicken has opened a huge site as it makes its big debut in Manchester.
Set in the industrial space of Hanover on Withy Grove, they’ve launched a fiery new spot that can seat upto 140 diners spread across two floors.
With this being Dave’s second restaurant outside of London, the first being in Birmingham, the brand originates from Los Angeles’ East Hollywood.
The business first launched in 2017 by “three childhood friends in their 20’s, who scraped together $900” to open a pop-up stall in a car park.
Since then, its has enjoyed rapid growth across the US, and has gone international in Dubai and Canada, with the company confirming with FtLion that “all the chicken served at Dave’s Hot Chicken [in the UK] will be Halal”.
