Chaiiwala launches third Manchester cafe in Old Trafford

With branches in Cheetham Hill and Levenshulme, Chaiiwala have opened their third site in Manchester as part of a massive expansion drive.

Located on the corner of Ayres Road and Carlton Street in Old Trafford, the cafe takes over from Spices of Kashmir with plans of opening “so much more”.

The renowned franchise serve Indian street snacks with brewed teas and coffees, alongside items like rotis, Bombay sandwiches, masala chips, as well as a hearty Indian breakfast that includes a “special” masala omelette.

The Leicester-based franchise currently employs 800 staff across its UK stores, but is aiming to launch 40 locations by the end of the year.

While deliveries at their Newcastle branch got a whole lot more fun withthe purchase and use of a ‘tuk tuk’, this current branch can be found on Uber Eats, Just East, and Deliveroo.

In 2019, Chaiiwala was voted the Readers’ Choice: Best Beverage of the Year during the annual #FtLion awards.
