For those who don’t know, a Kunafa is a very popular Middle Eastern dessert served hot and is made up of a sugar-soaked pastry, with melted-cheese or soft-cheese filling, that’s baked with butter until crisp.

“We’ve been working really hard on getting our shop ready and making it look just right for our wonderful customers,” Kunafa Tea said on Instagram.

The 38-cover eatery will be offering a variety of kunafas with a large sharing ‘Original’ of melted cheese with pistachio topping, or the ‘Creamy’ with soft cheese, and a milk and white chocolate topping – all of which can be had as a medium 8″ or large 13″ size.

“We are unbelievably excited to meet you guys face to face and serve you some amazing food,” the cafĂ© added.
