Reading welcomes the launch of Chaiiwala café

Popular franchise Chaiiwala continue their march across the UK with the opening of a cafe in Reading, their 34th in the UK and 10th this year.
This latest opening is part of their massive expansion drive we recently reported where the brand is looking to open 52 stores per year in the next three years.
This particular one on Wokingham Road is a spacious one with plenty of seating and that typically attractive Chaiiwala interior.
Known for serving Indian street snacks with brewed teas and coffees, you can look forward to things like rotis, Bombay sandwiches, masala chips, as well as a hearty Indian breakfast that includes a “special” masala omelette.
The Leicester-based franchise currently employs 800 staff across its UK stores, but is aiming to launch 40 locations by the end of the year.
While you can pop in for a pick up, Chaiiwala will also deliver to your door through Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo.
