Birmingham’s Burger & Sauce rules Bullring & Grand CentralSPONSORED CONTENT HALAL STATUS Fully Halal
While there’s plenty of food choices in Birmingham’s largest shopping destination, there’s one place that draws diners in like a bull to a matador’s red cape.
This Brummie-based brand first opened in Alum Rock in 2020 before flourishing last year beginning with Castle Vale in January, Bullring in July, before ending with King’s Heath in November.
With simplicity and freshness defining all their burgers, they’ve established a strong portfolio in no time with a loyal customer base reflected by over 10k dedicated Instagram followers.
Very recently, Burger & Sauce took a huge step in launching their very first site outside of Birmingham, with the opening of a virtual kitchen in the heart of London’s Battersea.
Original handmade burgers using simple fresh ingredients
With a vibrant menu offering plenty of original burgers, banging sides, and luscious milkshakes, there’s a reason why they’re Bullring site is packed out, especially at lunch time.
A commitment towards hand-crafting all their beef, chicken and veggie patties from fresh ensures that they stand head and shoulders above Birmingham’s otherwise saturated Halal burger scene.
To keep their menu the focus of attention, Burger & Sauce don’t just use the freshest ingredients, but are constantly innovating with exciting new items that include a recently introduced ‘Limited Range’.
Having added The Firecracker, a fiery chicken burger that’s been elevated with ‘hot Cheetos’, there’s also The Beef Nacho Melt, which comprises a unique beef patty topped with jalapenos and nachos.
A pair of attractive looking loaded fries have also been unleashed in the form of Chicken & Cheese, as well as Animal Fries – the former revolving around succulent strips of chicken, and the latter tasty beef – with both being topped by jalapenos and their ‘Signature Classic’ sauce.
But of course it’s their original range of burgers – from The Beef or Chicken Classic, to The Veggi which houses a delicious handmade patty with a crispy fried coating – which has fortified their reputation.
They have massive plans this year too, with restaurants scheduled in Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry, West Bromwich, Walsall, and Longbridge, with long term plans of opening a branch in every major city across the country.
Be sure to pay Birmingham’s leading burger restaurant Burger & Sauce a visit – gourmet burger brands are a rare treat to come by these days.
