Malaysian Roti King in Brighton first outside London
HALAL STATUS Fully Halal food menu • Alcohol servedA decade after opening their first in London Euston, iconic Malaysian restaurant brand Roti King have opened their first outside the capital.
Surprisingly, they’ve opted to launch their fifth site in the seaside town of Brighton on Ship Street, with branches also in Battersea Power Station, Euston, Waterloo, and Spitalfields.
Founder and Head Chef, Sugen Gopal, reportedly said: “Brighton has always had a special place in my heart—there’s an energy to the city that makes it one of my favourite places to eat out in the UK.
“The Lanes, with its independent spirit and incredible food culture, feels like the perfect home for Roti King outside of London.”
Roti King is known for its famous Roti Canai, available with four different options of kari including chicken, mutton, dahl and fish.
